Observational Drawing - Shoe Art

Sucess Criteria:

• Look at what you are drawing
• Draw from a real object
• Don’t trace
• Use a guideline to make sure your drawing is the right size
• Keep the outlines light
• Include detail or leave out detail

What do you like about your observational drawing?

I did my personal best and I did’nt trace it.

If you were to do it again what would you change?

I would do smaller stitching.

Camp Omatua

1.Yummy! Orange chocolate.

I think that Orange chocolate was very nice.

I really liked the chocolate in the middle.

2.Kayaking was really fun when I learnt to rotate the paddles properly it was very hard to learn to kayak. But it was fun.

3. Sadie and I are ready to go on the waterslide.

4. Sadie and I really liked the waterslide, we want to go again!

Animal Report/budgie

Calender Art/ Zebra

Something that challenged me was my calendar art. I did a zebra for my calendar art(but some people think its a cow.) It took me 4 practises to draw my zebra. It took me two days to get my amazing masterpiece finished..I made up different patterns to make my art look good. My favourite bit was making up the patterns. I learnt how to blend the dye in the background.

Rotation

I am learning about rotation ,I made a rotation star that has a square looking after it.It took me a long time to get it done. At first it took me a while to think of something to draw. I made it very colourful I did it pink,blue, red,yellow,orange and purple so I had to think carefully where the colours went so it was rotating. My rotation is in quaters.
